Terms & Condition of Packages
  • The validity of the Package will be 1 year from the date of activation of package or consumption of allowed services, whichever is earlier.
  • Services under Package include the selected services (detailed list available on website and Mobile app) under AC Service, Electrical Service, Plumber Service, Carpentry Service, IT Repair, DTH Antenna Tuning and Water Purifier Service only.
  • Customer can book services under above service categories as allowed in the specific packages. Number of services allowed under packages are listed below

  • Activation of Package may take maximum 24 hours from the realization of payment. Services can be booked through Lifeasy Android Mobile App or website (www.lifeasy.in) or Calling at Call Center (8586882266).
  • We offer Turn around Time (TAT) of 3 Hours in Gold Pack and 2 Hours in Diamond and Platinum Pack in general Condition.
  • Emergency Service availability 24X7 only for customer who has taken Lifeasy Packages.
  • Services warranty will be for 7 days only. In case of repeat visit after 7 days, separate visit will be counted.
  • All Services include Labour only. Parts & material are not included in the package. Lifeasy may provide hardware at extra cost.
  • Customer can only book services mentioned under package mentioned on the website and Mobile App.
  • Customers can book other services also provided by Lifeasy at extra cost.
  • For the purpose of calculation of service consumed under packages, One (1) Service means home service that can be delivered maximum in One (1) hour. In case, service delivery is taking more than one hour, additional service deliver will be considered and counted. Example: service delivery, which takes 2 hours, will be counted as 2(Two) service count.
  • Services will be provided only at the Residential / Office Address used on buying the Home service packages.
  • Lifeasy can purchase (at actual cost) any parts or material on the customer's specific request to complete the service. However, if it is defective or stops working or is not functioning as expected, then Lifeasy will not be responsible for the warranty of the product and will not be able to offer any replacement. The cost of these parts or material will be charged at prescribed rates.
  • Lifeasy will bill the materials or spare parts purchased on customer instructions if customer later cancels service.
  • Lifeasy will count One Service delivered, If customer has booked service and service men has arrived at the customer premises and Customer fails to arrange the Materials or parts, which are mandatory for service.
  • If the material required for the service is not made available by the Customer and Lifeasy service men is asked to buy the material then a conveyance charge of Rs.50 will be charged for distance less than 3km. Time consumed for material purchase will be considered for the calculation of no. of visits under package.
  • By purchasing the Home Service Package or using our services, you agree to Lifeasy's Terms & Conditions, Payments Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/ Cancellation Policy and also give consent to receive promotional mails and offers.
  • Lifeasy offers guarantee on labour only. Any work that has to be redone due to labour fault will be done for free, provided the fault has been registered directly with the Company with order id within the guarantee period.
  • Lifeasy is not liable or responsible for any work done by service men, which was directly instructed by the customer despite the service men recommendation. Guarantees for such work will also not be provided.
  • Guarantees for work carried out by us will be void if our work is repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than us.
  • We inform the customer not to pay any money to the Technician without Invoice and In case customer gives the any additional money to Technician without Invoice, Lifeasy will not be responsible for that service.
  • Our office/services will be closed on: Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti.
  • All Prices, Terms & Conditions are subject to change without any prior notice. Please visit regularly our website for latest prices and terms and conditions.
  • Lifeasy reserves the absolute right to change, remove any Home service or Package without prior notice or replacement of similar home services in specific service categories without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
  • Home services are subject to removal & deletion at any time with reasonable notice and with replacement of similar home services.
  • Lifeasy has sole discretion to withdraw any of its offer /scheme anytime without prior notice.
  • To ensure we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by us especially if the person is abusive, rude, ill mannered, threatening, harassing or intimidating our staff.
  • In case of any dispute, the Laws of Republic of India shall apply and courts of New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
