We are currently operative in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad. Soon our services will be available in other cities too.
2. What are your work timings?
We offer select services 24X7 to our membership customers. For non-members, services are available from 8am to 10pm.
3. How I can book service request?
You can book services via website or mobile app or calling to customer care.
4. How do i download the App?
You can download the Lifeasy mobile app from Google Play store. Alternately, get the link by entering your mobile number on our website.
5. What is the benefits of using the mobile app for service booking?
The best benefit is ease in booking services. Also you can get instant information about new offers and notifications.
6. What is the difference between a 'minor' and 'major' work?
Minor works are categorized as works, which can be completed in 30-45 mins. Rest other works are considered as Major works.
7. How to place an order on the Lifeasy App?
It is very easy; just select the service, date, time for service, payment mode and itâ€™s done.
8. Can i reschedule/Cancel a job booked on Lifeasy. If Yes, How?
Yes, you can reschedule / cancel the service request. Just login to your account via mobile app or website or give a call to our customer service helpline numbers. Plz visit our cancellation policy to know about minimum visiting charges if applicable on cancellation of service.
9. How will I know that Lifeasy have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a confirmation with order number will appear on your screen detailing your final order. You will also receive the confirmation via sms and email from Lifeasy.
10. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking. You can also select Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment option.
11. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at Lifeasy.in?
Absolutely, we have integrated one of the best and secure payment gateway.
12. Can I pay by cash?
Yes, you can select Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. You can pay charges to technician after the service.
13. Can I pay for an order using 2 different payment modes?
No. For a single order, you can choose single payment option.
14. I can't view my orders and other details on mobile app and website?
You need to ensure that you've signed in with your user id and password that was used to place the orders to see them in mobile app & website. You can view details of all your orders in my account section.
15. Are the service men and technician qualified?
Yes, our whole team comprising service men and service professionals are skilled in their field. Lifeasy has done adequate background checks on each and every service provider.
16. What happens if the service provider damages anything?
It is very unlikely as our service men and service professional are experienced and certified. In case, some damage has been done, we request you to contact us and we will revert back as soon as possible.
17. What happens if the service provider does not arrive on time?
You can reschedule or cancel the order or enjoy the service free of cost in some cases. You can view the details of our service men immediately on booking the service and can track him on the lifeasy mobile app.
18. What happens in case the requested job takes more time than expected?
We request you to kindly brief our technician about the service requirement before work start. This will help technician to estimate the work time.
19. What is your Refund / Cancellation policy?

20. Do i have to organize supplies, accessories, spare, parts etc or would the service men bring his own?
Our technician carries standard accessories, which are used generally. However we suggest customers to arrange accessories, spare, parts etc specific to equipment model or their choice.
21. How I can rate the service men and service quality?
You can rate our services and service men via feedback option on our website and mobile app.
22. Is it safe to allow service men in home?
Absolutely, You can be best assured as all service men go through with security verifications.
23. Do you offer warranty on your work?
Yes, we provide 3 months warranty on spare parts.
