Terms & Condition of Membership Card/ Plan
  • Membership Plan / Card will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation of such membership plan or the full/total consumption of allowed services, whichever is earlier.
  • Customer can avail Membership discount on all services offered by Lifeasy. However Membership plan benefits are not available when buying New Yearly Package / AMC or Hardware products.
    The Membership Plan will allow customer to avail flat 20% discount on all Lifeasy services. The Maximum discount per order is capped at Rs.1000. Thus, Maximum discount can be availed 20% or Rs 1000 per order whichever is lower.

    Examples are:
    • For Membership Customer, An order Value of Rs 9000/-, maximum discount can be allowed of Rs 1000/-, so final invoice value would be Rs 8000/-) - In this case, 20% of Order value is Rs.1800 which is higher than Rs.1000, thus maximum discount allowed is Rs 1000/-.
    • For Membership Customer, An order Value of Rs 4000/-, maximum discount can be allowed of Rs 800/-, so final invoice value would be Rs 3200/-) - In this case, 20% of Order value is Rs. 800 which is lower than Rs.1000, thus maximum discount allowed is Rs 800/-.
  • Activation of Membership Plan may take minimum 24 hours from the realization of payment. Services can be booked through Lifeasy Mobile App or website (www.lifeasy.in) or by calling at Call Center (8586882266).
  • Services will be provided from 8am to 8pm on all days of the week.
  • The Plan provides benefit on services and Labour charges only. Parts & material are not included and Lifeasy may provide hardware at extra cost.
  • Customers can only book services that are provided under the Membership as mentioned on the website and Mobile App.
  • Customers can also book other services provided by Lifeasy at extra cost without any discount benefit.
  • Services will be provided only at the Residential / Office Address as provided at the time of purchasing the Membership Plan / Card and only on via registered email id and Mobile No.
  • Customer cannot pass his membership benefit and book service on behalf of other person.
  • By purchasing the Membership Plan/ Card or using our services, Customer agrees to Lifeasy's Terms & Conditions, Payments Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/ Cancellation Policy and also gives consent to receive promotional mails and offers.
  • Lifeasy offers 30 days warranty on services. Any work that has to be redone due to fault will be done for free, provided that the fault has been registered directly with the Company with order id within the warranty period.
  • Lifeasy is not liable or responsible for any work done by it's service men, which was directly instructed by the customer despite the service men's recommendation. Warranty for such work is also not provided. All additional work needs to be booked with Lifeasy to avail warranty.
  • Warranty for work carried out by Lifeasy will be void if it's work is repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than Lifeasy.
  • Lifeasy strongly recommends it's customers not to pay any money to the Technician/s without Invoice and in case customer gives any additional money to Technician/s without Invoice, Lifeasy will not be responsible for that service.
  • Our office/services will be closed on: Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti.

  • Lifeasy reserves the absolute right to change, remove any Home service or Package without prior notice or replacement of similar home services in specific service categories without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
  • Lifeasy has the sole discretion to withdraw any of its offer /scheme anytime without prior notice.
  • To ensure we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by us, especially if the person is abusive, rude, ill mannered, threatening, harassing or intimidating to our staff.
  • Membership plan/ card once purchased is non refundable. Customer can request for refund within 7 days of purchase or before booking first service with Lifeasy which ever is earlier.
  • If customer avails the 10 services in a year, Lifeasy will give 1000 Lifeasy points, which can be used to book Lifeasy services. The Points will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • In case of any dispute, the Laws of the Republic of India shall apply and the courts at New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
